Butterflies take advantage of glimpses of sun

Additional butterfly species enjoy patches of sun May 16th at Denman’s southern tip 

The little, but attractively spotted  Arctic Skipper

 elegant Cedar Hairstrek

 colourful Milbert’s Tortoiseshell

 dramatic Satyr anglewing

 pale Western Spring Azure

 and endangered Taylor’s Checkerspots were seen flying on other private land.
