Donations are the most important source of ongoing revenue for Denman Conservancy Association. We are very grateful for your donation of any amount!
Denman Conservancy Association is a registered Canadian charity. Charity Registration # 137698700 RR0001.
Tax receipts are issued for donations over $25 and sent by mail early in the year following the year of a donation.
To receive a tax receipt, please ensure you send us your information either along with your mailed in cheque, or in an email to denmanconservancytreasurer[at]gmail.com for e-transfers or online donations.
Please send :-
- Donation date
- Donation amount
- Your full name
- Your mailing address
- Method of donation – i.e. “Vancouver Foundation Online” or “etransfer”
If membership is desired as part of the donation, a completed membership form (LINK) must also be sent via email or snail mail, along with your donation of at least $10.
Ways to Donate
Funds donated through this method are available to DCA for all general operations and programming.
E-transfer is the preferred method for direct donations: denmanconservancytreasurer[at]gmail.com. Autodeposit is enabled on this address
DCA can also accept donation cheques made out to ‘Denman Conservancy Association’. Cheques may be:
- mailed to PO Box 60 Denman Island, BC, V0R 1T0.
- dropped off in the DCA folder at the Abraxas Free Post
- given directly to any board member

The Vancouver Foundation holds our DCA Endowment Fund. The purpose of the Fund is to ensure that DCA can continue to protect the lands we own and hold covenants on in perpetuity.
Funds donated via this method are used to grow our Endowment Fund, which can only be used for land acquisition and maintenance. This account is not used for day-to-day operations.
