This happened a while ago but still worth bringing to our member’s attention.
We have a restriction on the major expenditures that the elected Board of DCA can make. Originally the Board could authorise project costing up to $10,000 without consulting the membership. At an AGM in 2018 the members agreed to increase the limit to $30,000.
